lately

This move has pretty much consumed all of my time, which is why posting has been a bit sparse around these parts. I'm hoping to be back in full swing by next week, but in the meantime, here's a quick look at what I've been up to lately. Just a warning: I've been living like a poor college student for the past few days.

Trying to combine and fit our books onto the bookshelves.

Making garlic mashed potatoes and crispy hash browns (recipe coming soon), with the 10lb. bag of potatoes we bought. Looks like it's going to be potatoes every day this week...

Putting up our makeshift curtains (actually bedsheets) until my dreamy pumpkin-colored curtains are delivered.

Lots of leftover pizza and tv. 

And the fun stuff: getting to know our neighborhood a little bit more (and loving it so far).

Nothing beats a dollar store, huh? Can't wait to catch up with you guys soon!
