i know christmas is over, but...

I'm still addicted to this holiday treat. Every year around the holidays, Ghirardelli releases its limited edition peppermint bark and I fall a little bit more in love with this time of year because of it.

Chocolate + mint  = bliss. Although, I've never been one to turn down chocolate and peanut butter. Or chocolate and salted caramel.

What are some of your favorite chocolatey flavor combinations? I think I can be easily convinced to try them all.
